01 General Terms

This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") constitutes a binding agreement between you as a registered user ("Member") and Koitoto as the provider of an online entertainment platform ("Platform"). This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of both parties in using all services available under the Koitoto domain.

The services referred to include, but are not limited to, online casino games, Sports Betting, Slot Games, Bingo, promotions and bonuses, the withdrawal and deposit system, and other features available on the platform from time to time.

Koitoto operates under an online gambling license issued by a recognized regulatory authority. All games on the platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system certified by independent international audit bodies to ensure the fairness and randomness of every game result.

In the event of a conflict between this agreement and any other document published by Koitoto (such as specific game rules or promotional terms), the more specific document shall prevail in that situation, unless otherwise stated in writing.

02 Registration & Account

To use koitoto's services in full, you are required to create an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. koitoto reserves the right to verify the information provided at any time.

Mandatory registration requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
  • Provide your full name as it appears on your official identity document
  • Use a valid email address that you actively own
  • Provide an active phone number registered in your own name
  • Register only one account per individual (one national ID/identity)
  • Not residing in a region or country that prohibits online gambling

You are fully responsible for the security of your password and all activity that occurs on your account. Koitoto will never ask for your account password via email, phone, or any other means. Contact our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party.

03 Financial Transactions

Deposit Terms:

  • Funds must originate from a bank account or payment account registered in your own name
  • Koitoto does not accept third-party deposits on behalf of members
  • Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within 5 minutes

Withdrawal Terms:

  • Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the name of the koitoto account holder
  • Withdrawals are generally completed within 5–15 minutes of approval
  • Koitoto reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above certain amounts

05 Game Rules

Each game category on koitoto — slots, live casino, sports betting, esports, bingo — has specific rules listed on its respective game page. The terms below are general and apply to all game types.

  • The outcome of every game is determined by a certified RNG system and is final
  • Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled unless the system experiences a documented technical failure
  • If a connection is interrupted mid-game, the system will record the last known state and complete the round in accordance with the applicable rules.
  • Koitoto reserves the right to void bets and refund balances if a technical error is found to have affected the integrity of a game
  • For sports betting, all displayed odds already include the operator's margin calculation

Players are prohibited from using automated programs (bots), scripts, or any third-party software that interacts with the koitoto platform without written authorization. Violations will result in permanent account closure.

06 Prohibited Activities

Koitoto has an active monitoring system to detect unusual activity patterns. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, including account suspension and balance forfeiture:

  • Money laundering: Using the platform to disguise the origins of illegal funds as legitimate
  • Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or abuse the bonus system
  • Bonus arbitrage: Registering multiple accounts under different identities to claim bonuses repeatedly
  • Bug exploitation: Exploiting technical errors or system loopholes for unfair advantage
  • Chargebacks: Initiating unilateral transaction reversals through a payment provider after utilizing the balance
  • Identity impersonation: Using another person's identity or falsifying verification documents
  • VPN usage: Hiding your real location to access services from prohibited regions
Koitoto cooperates with payment providers and relevant authorities to handle fraud and illegal activity cases. Reports to law enforcement may be made when necessary.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

Koitoto reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account at any time if a violation of the applicable terms is found, or if deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the platform and the interests of other members.

In cases of suspension due to suspected violations, Koitoto will conduct an internal investigation. Any remaining balance will be held during the investigation. If no evidence of a violation is found, the balance will be restored and the account may be reactivated.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the Koitoto support team. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal after the final verification is complete.

08 Limitation of Liability

Koitoto provides services "as is" with best efforts to maintain platform availability and performance. However, Koitoto is not responsible for:

  • Financial losses arising from normal gaming activity
  • Service disruptions caused by factors beyond Koitoto's control (force majeure, internet outages, etc.)
  • Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform
  • User actions or negligence resulting in account security being compromised

Koitoto's maximum liability in any situation shall not exceed the total deposit amount made by the member within the 30 calendar days prior to the claimed incident.

09 Terms & Conditions Updates

Koitoto reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. The last updated date is always displayed at the top of this page.

Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms in effect.

For material and significant changes, koitoto will endeavor to send a notification to the member's registered email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
